New study on crime & immigrant population

I heard a bit on NPR this morning about a new study from the Public Policy Institute of California that found that foreign-born residents are far less likely than native-born Americans to commit crimes.

Wow! I like this guy! "In their defense, it IS kinda hard to commit a crime after working 10-12 days of pure labor. And I'll tell you the God honest truth: you'll find less immigrants committing crimes than blacks. Sorry folks, but when your race makes up 5%(+/-) of the national population while maintaining a 41% prison population that should be a bigger issue than 5'5" 120lb people coming over here to do the work that blacks won't do anyways. Illegal immigration itself is a seperate issue."
