yummy!!! I made this for supper tonight and it was great. We are always trying recipes to get something similar to our favorite taco trucks' adobada and pastor. This was the closest yet!! I would do less salt next time, but hubby didn't think so. He always thinks I put too little salt in.

Thanks for an easy recipe. My family loved it!

Thanks my DH Carlos's family I noticed started copying me too, I just made it up one night and its a big hit now, I love cooking and i always seem to not follow recipes.

you know what i forgot to say, once it has alot of juice and boiling add 2 chopped tomatoes
oh and chopp the onion too
