April 20, 2005-Our daughter was born
Nov 3, 2006-1st interview in CDJ
Nov 7, 2006-Turned in I-601 waiver
Dec 5, 2006-DHS recvd waiver
Dec 20, 2007-DHS approved waiver
Jan 18, 2008-NVC shows waiver approved-202-663-1541
Feb 7, 2008- CDJ shows waiver approved-900-476-1212, 800-919-1754
Feb 8, 2008-Date on Open appointment letter, recvd in mail on Feb 9, 2008
Feb 8-Feb 17 On vacation in Mexico
Feb 14, 2008-Call home & letter has arrived-have letter faxed to me in Mexico
Feb 18, 2008- Husband in CDJ for 2nd medical
Feb 19, 2008-Husband has Passport Visa stamp IR1
Feb 20, 2008- He finally arrives at airport at 1:15pm

We did not use a lawyer. I highly recommend consulting one and I2US.

Well, just a an update:

February 25, 2008- Applied for SS#

We took his passport visa, original birth certificate and filled out a one page application. Waited like 2 hours for our turn....nice lady told us we would get in 1-2 weeks. We are now waiting for his "Green Card".

March 3, 2008- Received husband's SS# and 2 welcome letters

March 13, 2008- Husband got his Georgia driver's license
