Just got a phone call from my wife this morning....submited waiver Aug 27 2007; approved today Feb 21 2008; notofication went by phone to my beautiful patient faithful wife..
VISA APPROVED!!! she can go almost anytime they said..just bring passport in...
Feb 14 was our 5th wedding aniversary...nice way to go here...
I had no medical hardhip to speak of in waiver...but my solid 19 year Gov federal job and 2 kids from previous marrige who I support financially and as a DAD in the U.S. helped a lot...letter from my ex wife supporting waiver ..ect..
Plus my 4 year old with my wife in Peru who is a U.S. citizen and a pastor letter and any support for the hardship letter I could find went in there.. it worked thank God!!!:bounce:
no lawyer ..just me and the Lord did it....and help from here of course..total time from waiver submital 5 months 3 weeks...thats it...seems short now....trust me it was not.. not when there was no guarantee..God bless!!!
Thanks!!!:)
